WHAT IS Mastopexy?

Mastopexy is a surgical procedure designed to lift and reshape breasts that have lost firmness and volume due to factors such as age, breastfeeding, pregnancy, or weight loss.

It's done by repositioning the breast to restore its natural shape and improve its position.

The cut is made around the areola and continues down to the crease under the breast in a vertical or "inverted T" shape. It's also possible to combine this procedure with the use of breast implants to increase breast volume and achieve a natural and aesthetic shape.

Benefits of a Mastopexy under the Emma Concept ®

  • Preservation of the greatest possible amount of breast tissue: Thanks to Dr. Manuel Chacón and his Emma Concept, a large percentage of the patients' breast tissue is preserved.
  • Shorter recovery time: As it’s a more conservative procedure, our patients can return to their daily routine within 1 to 2 weeks.
  • Harmonious and proportionate results: Carefully adapted to your proportions and aesthetic expectations.
  • Elegantly accentuates the neckline: Helps enhance sagging breasts, giving them a more youthful and attractive appearance.

Recovery and Post-Treatment Care:

After a mastopexy, recovery usually requires at least a week. During this period, it’s recommended to rest for a certain amount of time, but not to be completely bedridden.

If you do remote work, you can return to work approximately after three days.
