Does Mia Femtech™ use implants?
Mia® implants clearly stand out from other implants on the market. They have been developed using innovative technology. Mia® implants are silicone-filled and have a diamond shape to achieve maximum projection with a small volume.
Is 15 minutes enough? Isn't it too quick or too rushed?
The 15 minutes refer to the skin-to-skin procedure; less time during the procedure means fewer associated risks. This time frame is achievable thanks to the minimally invasive technique, innovation, and experience of our leading surgeons. The entire procedure could easily last around 90 minutes, and you will recover in business-class comfort.
With the absence of general anesthesia… will I feel or experience any pain?
We use a block, similar to the one used on mothers giving birth, ensuring a painless experience. You don't have to worry about anything and this approach reduces the risks associated with general anesthesia.
What is the difference between a Mia® treatment and a traditional breast augmentation?
The innovation of the Mia® procedure offers unique advantages over traditional breast augmentation. With the Mia® technique, the surgeon does not use a scalpel; instead uses a patented high-tech device to create a channel within the breast and inject the prosthesis, preserving the tissue.

After Mia®, could I have breastfeeding problems in the future?
No, since the implant is placed behind the mammary gland.
Would I be able to get a mammogram?
Yes, having Mia® Diamond implants doesn’t interfere with accurate breast examinations performed through Mammography or Breast Imaging, and doesn’t alter the results obtained.
In addition, Mia® Diamond is distinguished by Zen® - a new generation of technology that ensures the traceability of your Mia® Diamond implants. Zen® is a passive device with no internal battery and doesn’t generate interference during an MRI or Ultrasound.
*We do not track the location of Mia® Diamond implants. Traceability refers to the ability to confirm the serial number of the Mia® Diamond if necessary. Only a Certified Mia® Plastic Surgeon has the necessary equipment to retrieve that information with the patient's consent.
